Birdsell Grant Gardner Morck is a law firm of 7 lawyers and 23 support staff located in Stony Plain, Alberta. The firm has served the Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and Parkland County area since its inception in 1984.

Our firm conducts a general practice of law that includes all major practice areas: family law, wills and estates, criminal and civil litigation, corporate and commercial law and real estate. Our clients include financial institutions, municipal and administrative bodies and small and medium-sized owner managed businesses, with a focus on addressing the needs of the family (for estate planning, matrimonial difficulties, personal injuries, purchase or sale of homes) and the family business: incorporations, corporate share transactions, purchase and sale of businesses and business assets).
